This site is provided to reflect the current status of multimedia technology in specially equipped classrooms at West Chester University. Faculty utilizing these technologies are encouraged to monitor this site for the most current information on equipment status. System upgrades and installations will be announced in advance and completed during non-classroom time. System failures will be promptly documented on this site with detailed information on measures being taken to resolve the problems, the suggested alternative to the system failure and the anticipated estimate of when the system will be restored to operational status.

Faculty who discover or experience system failures or malfunctions should immediately report those problems to Steve Duckinfield, Multimedia Technician via e-mail or call extension 2992 (dial 610-436-2992 off campus). Support for multimedia technology is provided through User Services, a division of Information Technology and Academic Computing Services.
