This is a huge file that lists names, dates and infractions. Unfortunately, it doesn't mention where crimes took place, so it is hard to prove any connection to the railroad. I notice that there are an extraordinary number of thefts and, in 1941, arrests of merchants for selling at unauthorized high prices.
