This movement follows a very basic form. In this form there is a definite A Theme and a definite B theme. At the end however, instead of calling the last section the C theme, the more dominate A theme is chosen as the last section of the piece. Within each state

If you listen carefully within EACH theme section you will hear the
"Sunshine" Melody played by different solo sections of the orchestra
during the A Theme sections, and in the B Theme you will hear the "Sunshine
2" Melody played with groups of instruments in contrast. During
the A' section you will hear the B Theme being dominated by the A Theme,
therefore it is slightly different then the original A Theme. The
introduction sets up the Harmonic Ascending Scale Passage, and hints at
both the "Sunshine" and "Sunshine 2" melody. In the Coda you will
hear the main motive which ties the two themes together played over and
over.
