The rhythm in this piece is very much the same throughout the piece. There is a lot of rhythmic repetition between the first part and the second part. There are mostly fast paced rhythms, except for the A section.

The melody is mostly written in the major mode. It is pretty much an upbeat song, representing celebration. The dynamics are at piano level during the A sections and mostly forte during the other sections. French horns are used during the slow sections and trumpets are used during the faster, louder sections.
